Our ability to move is truly remarkable. Thanks to our naturally efficiency-seeking brain, we have a repertoire of movements that is versatile and dynamic, adaptive and flexible, and allows us to do the things we want to do while maintaining our balance, moment to moment. Through a well-coordinated neuromuscular sequencing of our entire self, easy, comfortable movement is achieved.

Yet, with the challenges of everyday life, it is common for our movement to lose some of its potential for ease and fluidity. Prolonged sitting, poor postural habits, lack of diversity in our daily movements, as well as pain and stress, all reduce the comfort with which we move. In time, we become habituated to moving with effort and discomfort and forget that we are capable of easier, lighter, freer movement.

Feldenkrais lessons are uniquely designed to restore your ability to move with lightness and ease. Based on organic movement patterns, the lessons presented in this Feldenkrais series with Raz Ori, will reignite your brain's ability to seek and find efficiency and ease in your movement.

This program will help you to:

  • Walk with greater ease
  • Increase your flexibility
  • Regulate your breathing
  • Improve the organization of your spine
  • Feel more upright
  • Reduce pain and stiffness

"I cannot thank you enough for the liberating movements I have learned from you. I feel so lucky to have found the Feldenkrais Method, and Raz Ori.  I am walking better and no longer straining like I used to."
