Treat your spine to a program of eight therapeutic Feldenkrais® lessons taught by a world-renowned Feldenkrais teacher. Over the course of this program, your spine will begin to regain its natural capacity for comfort, efficient organization, and ease of movement. You will discover your spines' full potential when liberated from habits and patterns of overuse and neglect.
This program was originally presented as a live online class series. Each lesson was accompanied by a video Q&A session. These recordings are included and will enrich your experience.
