At last! A seven-week series with David Zemach-Bersin devoted to Joint Health.

The health of our joints is very important! Located in 350 different places in the human body, our joints are the flexible connections between our bones that enable us to move. They are designed to give us support and flexibility and are key to our overall comfort and mobility.

However, many people experience joint injuries and chronic inflammatory conditions or develop asymmetrical postural habits that can cause or contribute to joint damage. Both the overuse and the underuse of your joints can result in joint pain.

It’s a paradox: Our joints are lubricated and maintain their health through movement. But when our joints are painful, we tend to feel like moving less. So, how can we improve our joint health safely?

David is eager to answer this important question with a series of gentle lessons for those who want to encourage joint health and restoration in a safe, non-strenuous, and non-inflammatory way. Designed for success, these lessons will help you improve circulation in the tissues of your joints without the use of muscular effort and improve your body’s underlying organization so your joints are less stressed and vulnerable to strain when you move.

This series will be suitable for people with arthritis, bursitis, poor postural habits, strains and injuries, inflammation, fibromyalgia, lupus, and joint pain related to long-Covid.

If you have joint pain or simply enjoy the Feldenkrais Method with David Zemach-Bersin, we hope you’ll join us!
