Are you ready to feel better? Are you ready to access the magic of your brain's neuroplasticity?
Let David Zemach-Bersin show you how.
We are delighted to announce a new live-online series with the director of Feldenkrais Access, David Zemach-Bersin, Feeling Better - Seated Feldenkrais Lessons for Ease & Mobility.
This ten class program will feature Feldenkrais lessons designed to restore and rejuvenate many aspects of your physical comfort, including your flexibility, coordination, mood, and ease of movement. Developed by David Zemach-Bersin, the lessons in Feeling Better will be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability, and will be done primarily while seated.
Sitting is one of the most common positions in our daily lives — which makes it one of the best physical configurations in which to begin feeling better. Whether you're at a desk, in a car, or simply resting, the ability to reduce stress and restore ease wherever you are, while sitting, is a profound gift.
Because we spend so much of our lives upright, Feldenkrais lessons done in a seated position can have a remarkably positive effect on how we move and carry ourselves throughout the day. What makes them especially valuable is their relationship to standing. When we sit, our orientation in space — and the way gravity is transmitted through our skeleton — closely mirrors what happens in ourself when we stand. This is helpful because the learning that occurs during a seated lesson can transfer more readily into standing, and benefit our upright life long after the lesson ends.
Because David is working behind the scenes on some new, online opportunities for you, this will be David's only live weekly series in 2026! We hope you can join us.

What People are Saying
"I cannot explain in words how grateful I am to be able to learn from you. I am sitting on my sit bones, feeling taller, but most importantly, this has been a push to my confidence, too! I read somewhere that the Feldenkrais Method is the most advanced form of neuro-training, but Feldenkrais by David is truly the most advanced form of neuro-training!"
~Natasha Agarwal
"Thank you David. I have been doing hundreds of lessons and never felt so clearly how the freedom and mobility of my limbs are so dependent from the center. I could detect when old patterns manifest even so slightly. I will your lessons again and again. Grateful being able to continue working by Zoom with you."
~Brigitte S.
"What a stroke of luck I had when I stumbled across a free introductory Feldenkrais Access lesson in October 2020. Over a few months time, many small and bigger aches and pains, such as wobbly ankles, a painful left knee, and stiff hips have improved considerably. My mood improved, too. I am now able to rebuild my long distance hiking endurance."

"This series is inspired by my teacher, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, who placed great importance on seated lessons. I look forward to sharing this collection of lessons that I’ve been working with for almost forty years, with you. They've been tested and are proven to work."

Get ready for something soothing, surprising, powerful, & different!
Who are Feldenkrais lessons for?
They are for everyone. No previous experience is required. Feldenkrais lessons are flexible and used by people of all ages and abilities, for a wide range of reasons. If you have a brain and a body, Feldenkrais lessons are meant for you.
Why are they called lessons?
They're called ‘lessons’ instead of ‘exercises’ because your brain engages in a natural kind of learning when you do them. They use gentle movement and relaxed attention to stimulate new and better options for your physical comfort, movement, and more.
Why does this approach work?
Your brain is on the lookout for information that can help you, and Feldenkrais lessons give your brain what it's looking for: relevant sensory information, time to notice differences, and a chance to build new neural pathways for greater comfort and mobility.
