Three Feldenkrais Lessons that you can use to improve the health and comfort of your back with Feldenkrais Teacher and Trainer, David Zemach-Bersin.
Your spine is designed to provide you with stability, flexibility, movement, shock absorption, and power. But it cannot function effectively when it is poorly organized. Back pain can be minor, or chronic and debilitating. It is often exacerbated by our unconscious postural habits.
In this program with David Zemach-Bersin, you will learn three 'first-aid' oriented, pain-relieving lessons to improve the health and comfort of your spine by improving the way it's organized.
These Feldenkrais lessons are ‘first-aid’ oriented, and pain-relieving. Combining easy movement with attention, they will engage your brain and nervous system to improve the organization and comfort of your back.
David’s teaching reflects his training with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, the inventor of the Feldenkrais Method, and almost 50 years of clinical experience. His lessons are gentle, highly effective, and ideal for home use.
"WOW! I just finished the entire Back Relief program and not only does everything feel remarkably better, but, I have developed a much clearer understanding of what it means to be aligned properly and how to achieve it."
"I had some acute and sudden lower back pain come on yesterday for no obvious reason. I went from hobbling along needing support before these lessons to being cautiously able to stand almost straight up after with hardly any pain. I'm blown away by the change!"
