Two Feldenkrais lessons that you can use to improve the health and comfort of your ankles with Feldenkrais Teacher and Trainer, David Zemach-Bersin.
Your ankles are extremely important; they are designed to provide you with both stability and flexibility. When well-organized, they can support your weight efficiently, allowing your knees and hips to move freely and comfortably.
These Feldenkrais lessons are ‘first-aid’ oriented, and pain-relieving. Combining movement with attention, they will engage your brain and nervous system to improve the organization and comfort of your ankles.
David’s teaching reflects his training with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, the inventor of the Feldenkrais Method, and almost 50 years of clinical experience. His lessons are gentle, highly effective, and ideal for home use.
"These lessons are so simple, yet so effective--Amazing!"
"I think the health of your ankles determines the health of your entire self. Everyone can benefit from this series."
